PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Bruce Culbertson, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 9395 Cascade Road on Thursday, October 1st, 2026.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $750 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks
