PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between John Barrie, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 8438 Lahontan Drive on Thursday, June 18th, 2026.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $1100 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks
