PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Mike Bowman, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 527 Wolf Tree on Friday, July 17th, 2026.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $1500 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks

• Paint & Stain Removal
