PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Spencer McNamara, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 3100 Bigler Place on 4/9/2025.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $600 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Cleaning and vacuuming screen tracks

• Paint & Stain Removal

• Rates for Screen Replacement:

• Screen Door replacement ($80)

• Window Screens ($30-$50 each depending on size)
