PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Don Battaglia, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 14729 Davos Dr on Monday, May 18, 2026.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $350 for:

• Exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning
