PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Manuel Gautho, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 14526 Wolfgang Rd on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026 after painting is finished.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $700 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks
