PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Jill Ernst, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 14175 Pathway Ave on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $500 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks
