PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Mark Flocco, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 12175 Bennett Flat Rd on Monday, August 21st, 2026.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $980 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks
