PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Michelle Indelicato, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 13736 Pathway Ave on Thursday, September 10th, 2026.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $750 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks
