PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Scott Barshack, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 13655 Donner Pass Road on 4/24/2025.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $1600 + waste disposal fees for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks

• Defensible Space Clearing and Removal
