1. Client grants PHS access to the property and its surroundings during regular business hours and/or other mutually agreeable times, and provide at least One (1) External water source.

2. Client shall pay PHS entire balance of job cost within 30 days of project’s completion.

Payment Terms: Upon completion of the work described in this Contract, payment shall be due in full. Payments can be made in cash, check, Venmo/Zelle, or Credit Card. Credit Card payments will be charged a 3% service fee. In the event payment for the work as described herein is not paid upon completion, or within thirty (30) days of the date that any payment is due under this Contract, PHS will charge, and CUSTOMER agrees to pay: (1) interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of EIGHTEEN PERCENT (18%) per annum from the date payment was due and (2) a late fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per week.

3. Services to be performed by PHS include cleaning all external and internal glass surfaces specified by Client.

All glass surfaces specified will be cleaned and left streak/smudge/drip free and all sills will be wiped clear of excess water and dirt. Cob/spider webs and other naturally occurring debris will be removed from window frames and tracks.

4. Heat-Treated Glass Waiver releasing PHS from Any Liability for Scratches on Heat-Treated Glass

Due to the widespread problems related to poor quality Heat - Treated glass, PHS will not be held liable for any scratches on any heated - treated glass during window cleaning. It is accepted and understood by ALL parties that properly used razor blades and scrapers are standard tools and techniques for window cleaning and can safely remove limited amounts of construction debris (plaster, paint, texture, tape, stickers, etc.) from quality glass, without scratching the glass surface.

Window Seal & Scratch Waiver

By agreeing, the client acknowledges that older windows may have pre-existing scratches and/or broken seals allowing moisture between panes. This releases PHS from any liability associated with pre-existing scratches and broken seals. PHS will document any visible scratches and evidence of broken seals before commencing.
