PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Elaine Zaballos Simmons, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 12811 Solvang Way on Tuesday, October 6th, 2026.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $800 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks
