PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Donna Morgan, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 12797 Skiview Loop on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026 after painting is finished.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $950 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks
