PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Linda Okazaki, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 12175 Bennett Flat Rd on Monday, August 17th, 2026.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $1300 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks

• Paint & Stain Removal

• Replacing smoke alarm batteries (8)
