PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Tim Saunders, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 11969 Kitzbuhel Road on 10/30/2025.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $750 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Cleaning and vacuuming screen tracks

• Paint & Stain Removal
