PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Kimberley McLellan, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 11787 Sierra Drive East between May 22nd and May 26th, 2026 after painting is finished.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $900 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks

• Skylight Cleaning
