PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This contract is made between Thomas Stokes, (hereafter known as the Client) and Ponderosa Home Services (hereafter known as PHS). The Client will have the following services performed (described below), at the Client’s premises located at 11099 Mougle Lane on Friday, September 11th, 2026.

Both parties agree as follows:

For services rendered, the client agrees to pay the proposed price of $650 for:

• Interior and exterior window washing

• Screen removal and cleaning

• Brushing and vacuuming screen tracks
